Want a delicious, autumn-y late night snack…that’s good for you?? Try this. It was AWESOME!
Pumpkin Pie Yogurt (100 delicious, healthy, and filling calories + 16g filling fiber)
INGREDIENTS:
-1 Oikos Greek Yogurt (5.3oz, 80 cals, 15g protein)
-1/4 cup pumpkin puree (20 cals, 1g protein)
-Sugar-free Syrup, or Sugar Free Sweetener (to taste)
-Cinnamon spice (to taste)
-Pumpkin spice (to taste)
DIRECTIONS: Mix it all up, taste test till it’s just to your liking!
Next time I might try heating it in the microwave…serving it with some graham crackers maybe?
