And they bring with them oodles of bright, flowy clothes to help beat the desert heat. “I love how music festivals unleash the Bohemian spirit in dressing,” says Women’s Health senior fashion editor Thea Palad. “Outfits that might read too costume-y in other settings are celebrated as expressions of personal style. Look of the Week: Floral Shorts from “Fashion Star”  The garment that looked equally great on the runway and in retail form was Ross Bennett’s pleated, cuffed shorts in stretch satin twill.
